1.2 Participation in the action implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of play.

1.3 BBQ Flavour reserves the right to suspend, terminate or modify the promotion at any time and not to distribute products, without any obligation to compensate participants.

Modification of game conditions and technical features
2.1 BBQ Flavour retains the right at any time, without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions during the promotion and to discontinue or amend the promotion without giving any reason, without any obligation on the part of BBQ Flavour to compensate participants in any way. When amending these conditions, BBQ Flavour will take into account the reasonable interests of the participants.

2.2 BBQ Flavour does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of its website(s) or the services provided or used by it. Despite the utmost care taken by BBQ Flavour in managing the website, it is possible that information may be incomplete or incorrect. The participant is responsible for adequate facilities (such as telecommunication facilities) to participate in the promotion.

Complaints
3.1 If a participant has a complaint or objection in relation to the promotion organised by BBQ Flavour, the participant can make it known to BBQ Flavour within 5 working days after the complaint arose or could reasonably be established, by sending an e-mail to info@bbqflavour.nl.

Liability
4.1 BBQ Flavour is not liable for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from or related to (participation in) the action. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be held against BBQ Flavour and cannot in any way create an obligation for BBQ Flavour. BBQ Flavour shall not be liable for any damages of any kind in connection with the use of the website or other technical facilities. BBQ Flavour shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the entrant in connection with participation in the promotion.

Force majeure
5.1 BBQ Flavour reserves the right not to pay for one or more products in case of force majeure. In any case, force majeure includes the declaration of bankruptcy of the supplier and/or BBQ Flavour or the application for suspension of payment by this supplier and/or BBQ Flavour itself.
